Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome whenever a chair is free, but booked appointments are always served first.
Do appointments have priority?
Always. A booking guarantees your slot; walk-ins are fit in around confirmed appointments.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive between 5 and 15 minutes before your appointment.
What happens if I am late?
We hold your slot briefly, but arriving late may shorten or cancel your service.
How do I book?
Booking is through this website only. Pick your service and time, then pay online to confirm the slot.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, up to 24 hours before your appointment, with a full refund. Inside 24 hours the booking can no longer be cancelled and the payment is not refunded.
What payment methods are accepted?
Appointments are paid online via Whish when you book. Card payments are coming soon.
Do you offer beard services?
Yes. Beard sculpting, trims and straight-razor detailing are available alone or paired with a cut.
Do you cut kids' hair?
Yes, we offer kids' cuts. Availability can vary by day, so booking ahead is best.
